Le Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Dixinn a ordonn\u00e9 la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration d\u2019Ousmane Gaoual Diallo, actuel ministre et porte-parole du gouvernement, au sein du parti dirig\u00e9 par Cellou Dalein Diallo.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce m\u00eame jugement, la justice a \u00e9galement lev\u00e9 la suspension qui pesait sur la tenue du congr\u00e8s du parti, autorisant ainsi la reprise de cette instance statutaire longtemps bloqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que la justice tranche en faveur de l\u2019ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9.
