\nLa magistrature guin\u00e9enne observe, ce mardi 7 avril 2026, un temps de recueillement en m\u00e9moire du magistrat Marcel Malick Oular\u00e9, r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9.
\nDans un communiqu\u00e9 officiel, le Premier Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019appel de Conakry, Alphonse Charles Wright, a annonc\u00e9 le report \u00e0 huitaine de l\u2019ensemble des audiences civiles initialement pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cette date. Cette d\u00e9cision exceptionnelle vise \u00e0 permettre aux magistrats et au personnel judiciaire de prendre part au symposium organis\u00e9 en hommage au d\u00e9funt.
\nLe Premier Pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement invit\u00e9 toutes les juridictions relevant de son ressort \u00e0 se joindre \u00e0 cette mesure, afin de favoriser une large mobilisation de la famille judiciaire. Ce moment de recueillement collectif se veut une occasion de rendre un hommage solennel \u00e0 un confr\u00e8re dont la disparition a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9 le corps judiciaire.
